After years of going here, they canceled my wife’s appointment and then wouldn’t work with her on finding a new date that worked with her work schedule. They attempted to schedule her out 8 months later. When I stated that we’d need to find her a new dentist they canceled my appointments as well.

I was referred to this office by a highly regarded periodontic doctor because they happen to be part of my insurance plan. I called and spoke with an Andrea numerous times between October and November to talk about getting in with them, getting established and trying to get some implant crowns done. They supposedly contacted the periodontic doctor's office to get the X-rays needed to send to my insurance for a predetermination. They never followed through and never contacted me. Even when I was having other dental issues before getting the crowns they didn't even want to bring me in. They didn't want to meet me in general, they just were avoiding the whole situation which I find quite odd and mysterious. I even left a message with their office in regards to their non-follow-up and wondering what the status was because they never contacted my insurance and there is no response to me. Crickets. Andrea even lied to me and said she contacted me on a certain date and I have no record of it and I contacted my insurance and there's no record of them sending any information or X-rays. So they lied on top of everything else. I would never recommend this dental practice to anyone,

First time I went there had some jaw teeth removed. They left a bone sticking out of my gum. I just went back there for more work to be done May 15 2025. Filled out paperwork for new insurance seen dentist. Office send for approval to old insurance company so insurance denied. Called them supposedly they send to right insurance. August 6 2025 still have never heard from them. So they showed me who they are. Never going there again. Called made an appointment with affordable dentures. In 2 week I got appointment they approved my insurance and have removed the teeth that needed to be. So my opinion of them, they suck!!!!

I have a ton of anxiety surrounding the dentist and sensory issues. The dentist is literally a nightmare for me... Except thiss time. From the front desk receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Messing. Every single person worked to put me at ease, took the time to reassure me, and made sure I was okay with every single thing. My initial tears were from anxiety and shame, but by the end of the visit I was crying from sheer relief and feeling care for and heard. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I leave the dentist feeling so good! They are so kind and remember personal information to make you feel welcome. The hygienists and the dentists are so personable. Best dentist I've been to! I don't feel like they are looking for problems to up charge me like I have been at other dentist offices.
